Sofia, February 14th, 2022. Megapark has signed a new 10-year office lease agreement with its largest tenant, a world leader in serving science. The 9,000 sqm deal is indicative for the mutual trust and long-term relations between both companies. The deal has been consulted by Cushman&Wakefield Forton.
This is a key decision by the tenant that outlines two important business trends: on one hand, the company reinforces its positions on the Bulgarian market as a top employer, and on the other – it sets a great example for choosing innovative and stimulating office environment with care for employees’ comfort, productivity, and creativity.
During the last year Megapark invested EUR 1.4 mln in the total transformation of its common areas, allocating new separate zones for work and networking. The new interior design has been inspired by the idea of greater comfort and coziness for both employees and visitors. The office building offers various high-class amenities such as a beauty salon, a gym, restaurants and cafés, dry cleaning. Its location is next to the The Mall – the city’s shopping center with the biggest food court, a supermarket, and many stores.

Opening soon is myFlex – a new type of serviced offices and coworking with space for meetings, events, and corporate trainings, providing 250 workstations at 2,500 sqm. The project is in line with sustainability trends having in place design interior with natural materials and colors, and optimal usage of daylight.
Two new restaurants in the office building are to open in March: PURE – a modern canteen offering tasty homemade food and the thematic restaurant JOBO.
